New artVenture Collaborations added…
more youth artists wanted!

Let your artistic side go wild!  We’re excited to announce some new collaborations, such as Photography and Welding.  There also some space still available in existing collaborations.  See below for an updated list, including the newest collaborations.

artVenture is an annual art auction that benefits the Great Plains Girl Scout Council.  In addition to art donated by community artists, one of the most exciting features of artVenture is the collaborative art created by artists and girls from our council.

Artists are opening up their studios to share their expertise this winter by working with girls to create art for our annual artVenture auction.  Girls who participate in an artVenture collaboration are invited to be the guests of honor at the Artist’s Opening and Reception on March 27.

If you love art, this a wonderful chance to meet a local artist, visit their studio and also contribute your time and talent to a great cause-Girl Scouts.
Read the descriptions below, and then submit your application as soon as possible.  Click here for an application.  Contact Lori Williamson at 558-8189, ext. 239 or lwilliamson@gpgirlscouts.org for more information or with questions.
