Youth
groups must have a minimum of two adults present. The ratio of
two adults camping with each group should be as follows:

Emergency
Procedures
Emergency medical services are provided by Papillion Volunteer
Fire Department. Emergency phone numbers are posted at each facility.
Fire
building
Open
fires, propane stoves and charcoal grills may be used in designated
areas.
Housekeeping
A
cleaning deposit is required and all groups are responsible for
cleaning the facilities they use.
Personal
safety
The following health information is recommended: name and
address of all participants; emergency contact names and telephone
numbers; health-history information, including known allergies,
health conditions requiring treatment, restrictions, current medications,
and special needs; signed permission to seek emergency treatment
or a signed religious waiver for minors. Groups are recommended
to provide an adult trained by a nationally-recognized provider
in First Aid/CPR, First-Aid kit and supplies. Pets are not permitted
on camp property. Written proof of insurance is required.
Smoking/alcohol
Smoking
is not permitted in any camp buildings. The use of tobacco and
tobacco products is allowed in designated areas only. Alcohol
is not permitted on camp property.
Weapons
Firearms
or weapons are not permitted. Knowingly possessing, handling,
transmitting, using, intimidating with, or threatening to use
any object or material that is ordinarily or generally considered
a firearm, explosive or weapon is strictly prohibited.
